Professor, MD, PhD, and Vice President at East-West University, Tbilisi, with over two decades in physical medicine, rehabilitation and sport medicine. Vice-President of the Sports Medicine Association of Georgia and an international quality expert for higher education agencies across the region.
Co-founder & Academic Director
Physician and CEO of the Center for Sports Medicine in Prague, with a PhD in Cardiology and over 20 years' leadership in hospital management, sports medicine and medical device innovation, including a decade in senior international roles at Johnson & Johnson.
Zurab Kakhabrishvili
Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Expert
Professor in physical medicine and medical rehabilitation at Tbilisi State Medical University, sports medicine and rehabilitation specialist, and longtime chief doctor for Georgia’s Olympic teams. His work spans athlete health, rehabilitation, anti-doping, scientific publishing and practical professional training.
Director of Quality Assurance
PhD candidate in Management (Caucasus University) and Assistant Professor at East-West University, Tbilisi, where he also heads the Quality Assurance Office.
